CODAP: starting from zero (workshop 1)

CODAP is the Common Online Data Analysis Platform. It runs in your browser, requires no installation and no signup, and is free. More and more projects and teachers are using CODAP in school STEM courses and in data science, and it is becoming a common ingredient in stats education research. This 90-minute workshop/webinar will start you at the very beginning and take you surprisingly far. You can “work along” with the presenter to get hands-on experience with the basics, and see several examples of beyond-the-basics activities you can do with CODAP. We’ll also take some time to talk about the logistics of using CODAP with students, including how to get data into CODAP and how to set up CODAP documents for student use.
