Registration has now closed.
The registration fee covers attendance at conference sessions, CDROM of proceedings, delegate bag, coffee breaks, 5 lunches, Welcome reception and Conference dinner. The fee does not include accommodation.
If you are registering as a discussant or moderator, please confirm this status with Robert Gould before proceeding with the registration.
Accompanying people may attend the Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner for an additional fee.
Delegates can book their accommodation at Montebello Villa Hotel, the conference venue, at the same time as registering. All rates quoted are for the room, which can accommodate 2 or 3 people depending on the standard selected.
Payment should be made by credit card or a PayPal account using our secure payment system provided by PayPal. (Note, you do not need to have a PayPal account if paying by credit card.) A receipt will be sent to you once payment has been received / processed. This may take several days.
60% of registration will be refunded for cancellations made before 1st June 2012. From this date there will be no refunds. Cancellations must be made in writing, along with your full bank account details, to the Conference Secretary.
